The personal information you provide on this online service is collected under s.26 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will be used for the purpose of verifying who you are, processing and responding to your request for your driving record(s) and/or insurance and claims history.
You will receive your driving records and/or insurance and claims history by email. Please note, email is not a secure method of transmitting sensitive personal information and by using this service you accept this risk. If you are concerned, you may
use these alternate methods. Further, the information sent to the email address you provide may be stored outside of Canada if you are using a vendor (e.g. Gmail or Hotmail) which stores data in other countries.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with

Statement of limitations
This online service will provide you with access to your driving record and insurance history.
Please note, the insurance and claims history report that you receive from this online service MAY not be complete. For example, if you have a policy owned in two or more names, were the principal operator on another owner's policy, have more than one customer service number, or you have previously repaid an at-fault claim, the report may not display all information relating to your insurance and claims history.
If you wish to ensure that the report contains a complete record of your insurance and claims history with ICBC, please contact an
ICBC service representative who will review your insurance and claims history and will provide any additional information required.

Under no circumstances will the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) be liable to any person or business entity for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages based on any use of this online service or anything obtained as a result of any use of this online service, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruptions, or loss of programs or information, even if the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages.
