Hi, I'm Jaci (she/her) and I'm responsible for aligning the key components that create a great place to work and an environment that is equitable, diverse, and inclusive for our customers and employees. I have over 20 years of experience in strategic human resources and operations in large private and public sector organizations.

Previously, I've worked as Vice President of People and Culture for the Provincial Health Services Authority, Director of Human Resources for lululemon, and Director of Workforce Planning for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games. I'm on the BC Hockey Board of Directors and the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors as the Human Resources Committee Chair. I have a Master's in Human Resources and Organizational Development and studied doctorate-level (JD) law at Hamline University School of Law. Besides working to help our people move forward, I'm also always on the move on the North Shore running, cycling, skiing and playing hockey. ​
