Hi, I’m Pauline (she/her), and I oversee all auto claims handling, including our claims contact centre, claims support, material damage strategy, and driver licensing operations and strategy. These teams ensure our customers receive a great experience when making auto claims and support the driver licensing needs of everyone in British Columbia. 

I joined ICBC in 2015 after relocating from the UK in 2009. Previously, I held several large operational roles in financial services in the UK and moved into insurance when I came to Vancouver. I have a Bachelor's in Business Studies and Marketing from the University of Stirling and a Master's in Business Administration from Henley Business School. I also completed the Chartered Insurance Institute exams here in Canada. Aside from work, I love to travel and keep fit by running, hiking, kayaking, boating, and skiing.
