When a vehicle is leaving a parking spot and an approaching vehicle changes lanes

This crash occurs when a vehicle changes lanes and collides with another vehicle that is leaving a parking spot.

In the diagram, Vehicle B is changing lanes on the roadway. As Vehicle A exits the parking spot onto that roadway, Vehicle B and Vehicle A collide.
