BCGEU job action at ServiceBC impacting ICBC driver licensing services

Due to job action by the BC General Employees’ Union (BCGEU) at ServiceBC locations, some ICBC driver licensing services provided at these locations are currently impacted.

Road test services normally offered at ServiceBC locations have been moved to nearby ICBC claim centres where possible. Impacted customers have been contacted. Road test services normally offered at all other ServiceBC locations are continuing at these locations, supported by common site orders. Please visit icbc.com for information on service impacts at each location.

Currently, other driver licensing services available at the counter such as knowledge testing and driver licence renewals are not available at any ServiceBC locations.
