Crash making left turn at intersection, vehicle passing on the left

These accidents happen when one vehicle is making a left turn in an intersection when it collides with a vehicle trying to pass on the left.

The rules of the road

Drivers must not overtake and pass by driving to the left side of the roadway unless they can do so safely. Therefore, the driver of Vehicle A would be found 100% responsible.
