Supervisor and manager review
If you're still not satisfied, you can request a review by an ICBC supervisor and then finally a manager.

The Fair Practices Office can investigate a decision you believe was unfair and refer you to a variety of dispute resolution processes.

File a dispute with the legal system
Depending on the type of loss and the value, you may be able to file a dispute with the Civil Resolution Tribunal (CRT), small claims court or the B.C. Supreme Court.
